We made a strategic choice to shift our focus from Lead generation and instead specialize as domain experts in Health Information Management. Our state-of-the-art offices now house a team of over 400 qualified and experienced professionals skilled in Record Retrieval, Review, and Summarization. We are dedicated to delivering world-class services to organizations operating in the Insurance, Healthcare and Legal domains, positioning us firmly on the path to becoming a prominent brand.
With over 200 employees and more than 10 esteemed U.S.-based clients in the Lead generation and Record Retrieval outsourcing domain, we successfully expanded into Medical Record Review and Summarization. Our revenue continued to rise, and AM Infoweb achieved an equilibrium between growth and stability
We shifted base to Pune, a city which presented us with the opportunity to hire better talent. We started exploring the potential of Record Retrieval by partnering with our existing clients in the Healthcare and Legal domain, here we truly began scaling up.
We took on more challenging Lead generation projects. Now there were more than 35 people in our family. We moved into a bigger and better office, we were growing fast.
The demand for our Lead generation services surged. We acquired an office, expanded our team to over 10 members, and appointed Ashfak Pirwani, the current COO, as the Operations manager. Despite our modest headcount, we successfully established a presence in the market.
AM Infoweb had a very modest beginning in an apartment in Ahmedabad, Gujarat with 5 employees in operations and Ali Merchant, the present CEO, as the sole manager. We ventured into Lead generation. We were new, but ambitious and determined to make an impact.
